  Targets

 This website’s goal is to reinforce the meaning of the terms in geoinformatics. One primary example of that is database which is a structured collection of data organized for efficient storage, retrieval, and manipulation. In addition, remote sensing collects raster data that can be further processed using different bands to identify objects and classes of interest, such as land cover. Finally a common term is GIS, which is an acronym for “geographic information system”.

Our targets are the following:

1. The exchange of experience and knwoledge on the above scientific field.

 

2. The collection and publication of meta-data and meta-information containing the above filed.

 

3. The presentation of our work in the above field.

 

4. The collaboration with other partners from academia and public domain.
